I hardly use White Rice Flour. I only use it to mix with Sticky Rice Flour, so the dough can be firm enough to shape. Some people say this is regular rice flour, I don’t know if this is right or not. Below is the wiki link for White Rice: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/White_rice
